John grew up on Vancouver Island. Before returning home, John practiced law in Toronto and Vancouver.

John has appeared at all levels of Court in both British Columbia and Ontario, and has represented clients in private arbitration, mediation, and administrative tribunals.

His preferred areas of litigation include Insurance Defence, Insurance Coverage, Personal Injury, Real Estate Disputes and general litigation.
